A trio of upcoming ACT News webinars will give attendees a look into some interesting case studies pertaining to electric vehicle deployments, including insight into the steps these project stakeholders took to reach their goals.

Starting on July 28, 2022, 11 a.m. PST, the first educational session, Fleet Insights: Learn How Producers Dairy Successfully Integrated EVs Into Daily Operation, will offer attendees a look at how this California-based fleet deployed the first two Volvo VNR Electric battery-electric Class 8 trucks in California’s Central Valley. This session, sponsored by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, will show how these trucks are servicing regional distribution routes from their Fresno-based manufacturing facility to grocery stores throughout Central California.

On August 3 at 10 a.m. PST, Ideanomics Energy’s webinar, Developing an Effective Charging & Energy Strategy for Your Fleet’s EV Transition, will cover how to create an effective electrification ecosystem team to reach your sustainability goals, the benefits of the charging-as-a-service (CaaS) model, and how Coast Counties Peterbilt is electrifying numerous locations to satisfy their growing EV customers’ needs.

Rounding out the three webinars is Creating a Sustainable Agricultural Strategy, sponsored by Solectrac, on August 16, at 10 a.m. PST. Attendees will learn how to reduce emissions, as well as fuel and operational costs, understand the available opportunities for regenerative agriculture to address climate change, and see how some operations are already seeing benefits from sustainable, green energy equipment and infrastructure.
