JoAnne Golden-Stewart is a Vice President at Gladstein, Neandross and Associates (GNA) where she leads policy and programmatic initiatives to accelerate the development and adoption of advanced vehicles and technology. She received her Master’s in Public Policy from Pepperdine University with a dual emphasis in state and local policy and economics and has her Bachelor of Arts in history and a pre-law Certificate of Completion from Siena Heights University. JoAnne has extensive experience in developing and advocating for policy change to advance our economy and remove barriers to technology development in areas such as transportation electrification and biofuels development. Prior to joining GNA, JoAnne led industry cluster development and public policy at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation and served as a Policy Manager for the San Diego County Taxpayers Association. JoAnne works in GNA’s Santa Monica office.
