Nicole Portello was named Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America on July 1, 2022. In this role, Portello is responsible for: Digital and IT including all internal, dealer, and customer facing commercial and aftermarket solutions; connected vehicle services; contract services; leasing operations, and services and solutions development.
Portello joined the Volvo Group in 2006 and has held a number of increasingly responsible positions in project management, process and IT and commercial solutions. Most recently, she served as vice president of services and solutions, program management office, and was previously the vice president of strategy for Mack Trucks.
Portello serves on as a volunteer troop leader with the Girls Scouts of the USA and is based out of the company’s North America headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.
