Joe Annotti has aggregated 20 years of industry experience across multiple sectors. At TRC, he is the executive lead for the Clean Transportation Solutions’ Incentives Practice, which offers a comprehensive suite of grant tracking, writing, and management services to clients. His team also provides project management, data analysis, and strategy development expertise for TRC’s broad client base. TRC tracks more than 700 local, state, and federal incentive programs, as well as utility incentive programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. TRC has secured more than $2 billion in incentive funding for its customers and projects via the submission of more than 700 funding applications.
