ACT Expo has been recognized as the fastest-growing transportation show in the U.S., highlighting the rapid expansion of the commercial fleet technology sector and growing industry demand for advanced vehicle solutions.

The annual conference and expo, produced by TRC’s Clean Transportation Solutions group, received two honors from Trade Show Executive: Fastest-Growing Transportation Show and Greatest Ascent in its 2024 Gold 100 awards program. The awards, based on event growth metrics, spotlight shows that deliver exceptional value for attendees and exhibitors.

ACT Expo’s recognition reflects the accelerating interest among fleets in advanced technologies that can reduce costs, improve uptime, and support sustainability goals.

“We’re honored to be recognized by Trade Show Executive with these awards,” said Erik Neandross, president of Clean Transportation Solutions at TRC. “It underscores the appetite across the industry for credible, peer-driven education as fleets navigate rapid technological change.”

Returning to the Las Vegas Convention Center, May 4–7, 2026, ACT Expo continues to grow in scale and scope as new technologies reshape commercial transportation. The 2026 event will spotlight advancements in AI-driven fleet management, connected and autonomous vehicles, LiDAR and ADAS systems, and other tools aimed at improving safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Sessions will feature fleet-led case studies and demonstrations of how data analytics and automation are transforming operations across sectors, from logistics and delivery to refuse, transit, and construction.

The show also remains a central venue for exploring low- and zero-emission fuels. Exhibits are expected to include battery-electric and hydrogen trucks, along with renewable natural gas and propane platforms, supported by an expanding network of charging and fueling infrastructure.

The event, presented with long-standing partners Daimler Truck North America, Penske Transportation Solutions and PlusAI, continues to bring together manufacturers, fleets, policymakers, and infrastructure providers working toward cleaner, more efficient freight and fleet operations.

With its latest honors and increasing attendance, ACT Expo’s growth mirrors the transformation underway across the commercial vehicle sector. As fleets face tightening emissions goals and new digital capabilities, the event has become a barometer for how — and how quickly — technology adoption is accelerating.

“We couldn’t have achieved this recognition without the incredible support of our sponsors and exhibitors, agenda planning committees, and partner organizations over the years,” said Neandross. “Their collaboration has helped make ACT Expo the leading forum where fleets, OEMs, energy providers, and tech innovators come together to shape the future of transportation.”

Early registration for ACT Expo 2026 is open through December 12, with the agenda to be released later this month. More information is available at www.actexpo.com.
